Have you tried to quit before and if so, which stop smoking methods have you tried? I have tried to quit several times using will power & nicotine patches

Briefly describe your thoughts on the Allen Carr’s Easyway method:
I found it difficult to smoke whilst using the method – it was almost like my mind had been opened to the disgusting thing smoking really is… A slow & painful suicide.

Briefly describe the impact on your life of having quitted smoking: I can cuddle my daughter without reeking of smoke, I can kiss my partner without worrying about my breath. I can save more money toward our wedding. I can breath with ease. I’m less stressed because I know I’m no longer killing myself. I no longer have guilt about smoking. It’s no longer a topic of argument at home.
