Web & Social Media Marketing Manager £35-55k
We are seeking a creative, dynamic and experienced individual to help us through a period of continuous improvement and development across our website and digital channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, advice, creation, optimisation, discoverability and implementation of the business’s digital offerings and channels such as website, app, CRM, email marketing sites, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube).

Responsibilities and Duties:
Overall

- Digital Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including interactions with other digital channels, to increase online presence, engagement, and ultimately revenue generation as well as look at digital tools to help improve how the business operates
- Video Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of video strategies, including creation and editing of short clips for website and social media channels
- Content Development: Work closely with the senior team to create and publish engaging, informative content that aligns with their mission and objectives on website, social media and all digital platforms.
- Content Management: Manage and update website content regularly, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly monitor website and social media analytics to understand user behavior, engagement and optimise. Generate reports and insights to guide digital content strategy and improvements
Web & CRM Development
- Website & CRM Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the WordPress website & CRM software, ensuring it is up-to-date, functional, and user-friendly. Investigate and resolve any technical issues including briefing and managing third party support
- SEO: Work closely with the external SEO team and the senior team to ensure that site and all content is optimised for SEO and accessibility
Social Media Management
- Digital marketing / Content calendar: help create an organised content calendar, create the digital marketing and tactics, enhance campaigns and raise awareness of the brand with new audiences, and ensure a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
- Social Media Trends: Stay informed about current trends and challenges on TikTok etc., ensuring content remains relevant and engaging to the target audience
Other
- Email Marketing Management: Create, investigate and resolve any issues with the email marketing system
- IT Support: Act as first point of contact of all IT, VOIP & broadband issues including briefing and managing third party support
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for website development, SEO and other digital offerings as needed.
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Proven and practical experience in website management & SEO
- Hands-on approach with experience of creating digital marketing campaigns and increasing client engagement
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram etc. trends, challenges, and algorithmic preferences
- Strong understanding of social media analytics to track, analyze and report the performance of content
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and other analytical tools and demonstrated success in driving significant growth through testing, analytics and website targeting
- Good understanding of CRM platforms and email marketing solutions such as Keap Infusionsoft, WordPress
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Ability to work collaboratively in a marketing team and with external support partners.
- Knowledge of simple video editing and creation would be an advantage
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving trends and platforms in the social media landscape
- Understanding/researching trends in the stop smoking, stop drinking and other addiction space
